Caster

This is my contest entry for’s contest!

I really like like how I’ve drawn this charactor, I like how he’s all punk looking and he looks so badass in those shades! He took a while to draw cos of all the complicated patterns and features/accessories not to tension his tail took a while too! My drawings usually take 6 hrs (2 hrs per day in 3 days). But it really all depends on what I’m drawing or how I’m drawing it. Single charactor drawings without background are easier to draw, but if you want a background plus with shading weather it’s soft or sharp edge it takes longer, it also depends if the charactor(like this one) is complicated to draw than I will take a lot longer.

Comics or multiple charactor drawings take even longer to do cos it’s thinking of what you want the charactor to say plus your drawing multiple drawings in a comic strip. The hardest part of doing a drawing is the very beguiling: where you try to think “How or What am I going to draw it?” I’m sure all artists suffer the same fate too, but that all depends on your style!
